Europe
Europe is our strongest coverage region. All 27 EU member states are covered, along with the UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, and Turkey.
In most European countries, you will receive 4G/LTE speeds. 5G is available in major cities in Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Sweden, and several other countries. Coverage in rural and mountainous areas may be limited to 3G.
Asia-Pacific
We offer strong coverage across Asia-Pacific, including Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, India, Sri Lanka, Australia, and New Zealand. Coverage in rural areas of Southeast Asia and the Indian subcontinent may be limited.
Japan and South Korea offer some of the fastest mobile networks in the world, and our plans take full advantage of these networks. In Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia, coverage is excellent in cities and tourist areas.
Americas
In North America, we offer excellent coverage in the USA, Canada, and Mexico. 5G is available in major US cities. Canada coverage is strong in urban areas but may be limited in remote northern regions.
In South America, we cover Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Uruguay, Paraguay, and Bolivia. Coverage quality varies significantly between urban and rural areas.
Middle East & Africa
In the Middle East, we offer coverage in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Jordan, and Egypt. Coverage in these countries is generally good in cities and tourist areas.
In Africa, we cover South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Ghana, Tanzania, and several other countries. Coverage quality varies significantly, and remote areas may have limited or no coverage.
Local Coverage Nuances
Japan
Excellent 4G/LTE coverage nationwide. Some rural mountain areas may have limited coverage. Data roaming is permitted on all major networks.
USA
Strong coverage in all major cities and along interstate highways. Remote areas in Alaska, Montana, Wyoming, and other sparsely populated states may have limited coverage.
Thailand
Excellent coverage in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, and other tourist areas. Remote jungle and mountain areas may have limited coverage.
Australia
Strong coverage in all major cities and coastal areas. The Australian interior (Outback) has very limited mobile coverage from any provider.
UAE
Excellent coverage in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and other cities. Some VoIP applications may be restricted by local regulations. Data-only plans are not affected.
Brazil
Good coverage in major cities including São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Brasília. Coverage in the Amazon region is very limited.
India
Coverage in major cities is good. Rural areas and some states may have limited 4G coverage. eSIM support varies by local carrier.
