Our global data plans provide connectivity in over 190 countries and territories using a single eSIM profile. These plans are designed for travellers who visit multiple destinations on a single trip, or for those who travel frequently and want a single, reliable solution.
Global plans connect to the best available network in each country. In most destinations, you will receive 4G/LTE speeds. 5G is available in an increasing number of cities. In some remote areas, coverage may be limited to 3G or 2G.

Single-Country Plans
If you are travelling to a single destination, a single-country plan will typically offer the best value. These plans are optimised for the local network infrastructure and often provide higher data allowances at lower prices than regional or global plans.

Unlimited Data Plans
Our unlimited data plans are available for selected countries and regions. These plans provide unlimited data usage, subject to a fair-use policy. After reaching the daily fair-use threshold, speeds may be reduced to ensure network quality for all users.
Important Note on Unlimited Plans
Unlimited plans are subject to a fair-use policy. In most countries, the daily fair-use threshold is between 1 GB and 3 GB. After this threshold, speeds may be reduced to 1 Mbps or lower. Full speeds are restored at midnight (local time).

Boundaries & Exceptions
- ●eSIM plans are data-only. Voice calls and traditional SMS are not included.
- ●Each QR code can only be installed on one device. It cannot be transferred once scanned.
- ●Plans do not auto-renew. You must purchase a new plan when your current one expires.
- ●Unused data does not roll over to a new plan.
- ●Coverage in some countries may be limited to 2G or 3G in rural or remote areas.
- ●Unlimited plans are subject to fair-use policies. Speeds may be reduced after daily thresholds.
- ●Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided the eSIM has not been activated.
- ●We are not responsible for network outages caused by the local carrier in any country.
- ●eSIM plans cannot be used on devices that are locked to a specific carrier.
